2007-2011 Jeep Wrangler JK V6 3.8L Twisted Steel Long Tube Header & Y-Pipe Street Series

aFe Power Twisted Steel Long Tube Headers and Y-Pipe Combo are built to produce power. These full length headers and catted y-pipe combo offer up to +20 HP and +22lbs. x ft. of TQ, as measured on our in house dyno. The headers are constructed of 1-5/8" 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with 3/8" thick flanges to ensure a leak free seal. To eliminate flow blockage 3-to-1 formed collectors are used on the headers to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity for maximum performance. The high-flowing Y-pipe is designed using 400 cell catalytic converters and 2-1/2" mandrel-bent, stainless steel tubing for optimum flow resulting in added horsepower and torque. This system is designed to fit as a combo with all components supplied for a hassle-free installation with no modifications necessary.

Long Tube Headers
Formed Collectors:
3-to-1 formed collectors decrease turbulence and increases exhaust velocity. The result is increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.

Optimized Tube Lengths:
Tube lengths are optimized for true pulse control technology which improves flow and performance.

Heavy Duty 3/8" Flanges:
3/8 IN thick flanges prevent warpage to ensure a leak-free seal over the life of the vehicle.

Y-Pipe
Dual High Flow Catalytic Converters:
This system utilizes 400 CPSI (cell per square inch) catalytic converters for maximum flow.

Construction:
Constructed of mandrel-bent 3" stainless steel piping to reduce back pressure and improve flow.

True Merge Collectors:
The y-pipe is designed using 2-1/2" stainless steel tubing and utilizes a mitered merge collector to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow.

409 Stainless Steel Construction:
Constructed out of durable CNC mandrel bent 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance and strength.

Leak-Free Seal:
High quality OE style flanges and band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface.

Hassle-Free Installation:
The performance header and y-pipe are designed to be a true bolt on system with no cutting or modifications required.
