This intake scoop further enhances air-flow by providing even colder and denser air to the engine resulting in boosting horsepower, torque and throttle response. This scoop is designed to collect cold air from outside the engine compartment for best results.This scoop offers a ram air upgrade for the Silverado SS 6.0L and GM Trucks and SUVs with 4.8, 5.3, 6.0L with a SS bumper conversion. Designed to cup over the passenger side bumper inlet it forces a high volume of air straight into the air box making the SS bumper fully functional.
