This part number is for a Lower Valance for the 1990-1994 Ford Explorer. This product is made from Flexible Urethane and is designed to attach to the factory front bumper. The side openings are designed as air ducts and are not designed for driving lights though you may be able to fabricate some into the slots. This is a special order item and may take 3- 5 days to ship your location.
